The building is located in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux near Paris. Its geographical location, its population, but also its activities which develop there make this place very attractive. This rapidly changing city offers a real business district and embodies an economic force. This building will therefore be located in a bustling and vibrant city and therefore very attractive. It is in this favorable environment, in the city center, of Issy-les-Moulineaux, that OGIC chose to build a housing building to develop a unique place where life is good.
The goal is to make this apartment building a unique place, which will nestle in a particular decor, like its signed envelope. Formulate a strong concept of interior architecture for planning and decoration and create a link with its environment.
This apartment building which is part of a pronounced landscaping project, develops a facade with a strong character linked to its geometric associations but also to the use of materials. It was important to find a story to match the place. It is therefore in this approach that we have developed a strong concept that combines pronounced graphics and natural colors.
Thus a dialogue between interior, landscape and facade takes place, our spaces will be worked in a very graphic and simple way to highlight volumes and materials, while bringing movement and dynamism.
Our goal is therefore to come and create a refined decor, where the shapes and colors interact together. The immaculate ground in a clear tone will guide the inhabitants and will help to highlight the graphics of the walls. A mirror will also be positioned in this hall to give a greater perspective and to catch natural light.
The upper floors are an extension of the halls. Like these, they offer softness and lightness by the materials used. A delicate play of colors takes place on the floor, on the ceiling and on the walls and thus develops designs that intertwine geometric shapes. Finally a large light fault develops on the ceiling to reveal shapes and colors.
