The building is located in the heart of Sceaux near Paris. Its geographical location, its population, but also the activities that develop there make this place very attractive. This quiet, beautiful, harmonious, green, very elegant city offers a good quality of life. It is in this favorable environment, near the city center, Sceaux park, the green corridor that the SCCV ISABELLA has chosen to build a housing building to develop a unique place where life is good.
This accommodation complex is located in the heart of the town of Sceaux, known for its calm and soothing environment. It therefore seemed obvious to us to work on a strong concept around “the notion of well-being”. True "ode to Asian culture", our spaces will be worked in a very graphic and simple way to highlight
volumes and materials, while bringing movement and dynamism to develop a strong identity.
From this strong concept, follow three themes:
The refined form
Our construction unit is thus based on the form
uncluttered, it is positioned on the rectangle or square nod to the tatami, and is arranged in plan as in elevation in order to design spaces with a rigorous layout.
the raw material
The nobility of the raw materials is put forward. A delicate game of processing wood, stone and brick is used to create harmony in the different spaces.
the light
Our drawing is guided by artificial light, which is projected indirectly. Positioned by lines, it dialogues with the interiors to bring sobriety and balance.
